Liposuction Fat Removal
Get a slimmer shape and tone by removing fat from specific body areas.
Are you struggling to lose excess fat from diet and exercise alone? Liposuction is a safe and effective way to shift stubborn fat and tackle uneven body shape, especially on the tummy, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees and chin.
Target a single troublesome spot or enhance multiple areas to create smoother lines on your body where you just can’t seem to shift all of the fat. A great way to look slimmer, improve self-confidence and be able to wear the clothes you want.

6 Stages to Surgical Success!
There is nothing to be shy about, our team are dedicated advisers for cosmetic surgery and speak with many women and men every day. When you get in touch, we will answer any questions no matter how small, and help you choose the surgeon that is right for your body concerns.
We offer direct consultations with your chosen surgeon at your very first visit. So you can get quality time with the person who could perform your surgery. The surgeon can examine the areas you would like to improve and assess any excess fat that can be removed with the liposuction procedure.
All of our surgeons are accredited by the General Medical Council in the UK, are members of BAAPS & BAPRAS and have profiles you can view on our website. Offering you experience, safety and the gold standard of care.
During your consultation, which normally last around 20-45 minutes, you can ask as many questions as needed, and hear from the surgeon about the procedure, your recovery, what results can be achieved and any risks that may be involved.
Before any surgery can take place, we will invite you to attend a pre-operative assessment in clinic. Here you will meet the nurse who will perform a series of checks to make sure you a medically fit for surgery. We check all patients for MRSA and may conduct some blood/urine tests too. One of the main parts of the pre-operative assessment for liposuction is taking photographs to have a medical record of your body before surgery.
You will have time to ask as many questions as needed, and the Nurse will be on hand to guide you through your final days before surgery including what to bring, when to arrive and how to prepare on the day.
On the day of surgery, you will attend our own private hospital in Newton-le-Willows. There is free on-site parking and on arrival, once checked in, you will be greeted by the Nurse who will take you to your room, a beautiful and clean en-suite for your every comfort. The Surgeon will also visit to check you are fit and well and ask for final consent before proceeding to theatre. Once sedated with a general anaesthetic, the surgeon will perform the procedure. Following the procedure, once recovered from the anaesthetic, you will be returned to your en-suite room – where you will be able to rest and recuperate in private. You are welcome to have a visitor too, whether family or friends.
Following surgery, you will not be abandoned! You will be invited to come into clinic and see the Surgeon/Nurse regularly, typically at 1, 2, 6 and 12 weeks after surgery. This allows the Nurse or Surgeon to check your recovery and take further photographs to record the changes in your body profile at the areas concerned.
We have a comprehensive aftercare programme with unlimited cover post surgery. You can come into clinic as many times as you want, and with the reassurance of 24/7 direct contact with a Nurse who can help you with any urgent concerns.
We’re here to make sure you have the best possible results and readily available support for your recovery.
Does Liposuction Get rid of Cellulite?
It does not get rid of cellulite or cause any new cellulite to develop. If you already have cellulite in the area that you want fat removing, it is worth noting that the improved contours or smoother lines may occasionally result in the cellulite becoming more visible.
How Will I Feel After Liposuction Surgery?
It is common to experience some swelling and bruising for the weeks following the surgery. Fluid retention is also common, but most of these symptoms will settle quickly as your body recovers. All types of surgery have the potential risk of infection, bleeding and scarring.
Why Do I Need To Go Private?
The NHS does not commonly carry out liposuction procedures, rarely in lipoedema cases either unless there is an associated and significant distress or pain. For this reason, many women and men choose to have the liposuction procedure done at a private healthcare clinic such as Pall Mall Cosmetics. There is no waiting list, and you do not need any referral to have an operation performed.
We can ensure your safety at our CQC (care quality commission) regulated hospital in Newton-le-Willows and city centre clinics in Manchester or Liverpool. Our surgeons mostly come from the NHS, so you get the same quality of surgery, but in a safe, clean and private clinical environment.
Our surgeons also strive for excellence, being members of BAAPS (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) and BAPRAS (British Association of Plastic & Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgeons). A clear demonstration of our ability to meet the gold standard of care you would expect from an elite surgical hospital.
