Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery)
Life-changing procedure to create a well-balanced, straight and proportionate looking nose
A Rhinoplasty, or “Nose Job”, is a surgery to reshape and/or resize the most prominent feature on a person’s face – the nose. Many people are self-conscious about the appearance of their nose more so than any other part of their face or body. Patients who have this surgery typically have the most significant improvement in confidence & self-esteem when compared to other cosmetic surgery patients.

All consultations are free of charge with a Plastic Surgeon, Facial Cosmetic Surgeon or ENT Surgeon. We encourage you to prepare a list of questions before the consultation and to speak in detail to your consultant about what exactly you wish to achieve from the surgery. Based on the number of elements involved in a “nose job” whether for nose re-shaping or correction, our surgeons will really take the time to listen to all of your concerns, in order to fully understand how they can help you. Our surgeons will ensure you fully know what you can realistically expect to achieve from surgery and what will be involved in the procedure itself.
It is becoming more common for patients to have already considered a non-surgical rhinoplasty prior to the surgical equivalent. Whilst there are benefits to the non-surgical rhinoplasty, there are also many limitations – such as the fact that dermal fillers outcomes only last 9-18 months.
All of our surgeons perform the non-surgical and surgical rhinoplasty so they can fully advise you which option is most suitable for you as we learn what your desired outcome is.
We have put a starting price below for Rhinoplasty Surgery, but really we need to see you first before we can give you an exact quote. There are multiple elements to the Rhinoplasty Surgery – do you need an open or closed procedure? Do you require a septoplasty or rhinoplasty or septorhinoplasty? Do you need alar base reduction?
Our surgeons perform a full assessment of your nose and will listen carefully to what you want to achieve. After your free of charge consultation, the surgeon will be able to recommend exactly what techniques are needed and we can provide you with a full quote tailored to your specific needs!
Our pay monthly finance options are highly competitive and are provided by AffordIt Now. 6 Stages to Surgical Success!
There is nothing to be shy about, our team are dedicated advisers for cosmetic surgery and speak with many women or men every day. When you get in touch, we will answer any questions no matter how small, and help you choose the surgeon that is right for your nose concerns.
We offer direct consultations with your chosen surgeon at your very first visit. So you can get quality time with the person who could perform your nasal surgery. The surgeon can examine your nose and assess the issues you have with its shape, size or deviation.
All of our surgeons are accredited by the General Medical Council in the UK, are members of BAAPS & BAPRAS and have profiles you can view on our website. Offering you experience, safety and the gold standard of care.
During your consultation, which normally last around 20-45 minutes, you can ask as many questions as needed, and hear from the surgeon about the procedure you will need, your recovery, what results can be achieved and any risks that may be involved.
Before any form of rhinoplasty surgery can take place, we will invite you to attend a pre-operative assessment in clinic. Here you will meet the nurse who will perform a series of checks to make sure you a medically fit for surgery. We check all patients for MRSA and may conduct some blood/urine tests too. One of the main parts of the pre-operative assessment is taking photographs to have a medical record of your nose before surgery.
You will have time to ask as many questions as needed, and the Nurse will be on hand to guide you through your final days before surgery including what to bring, when to arrive and how to prepare on the day.
On the day of surgery, you will attend our own private hospital in Newton-le-Willows. There is free on-site parking and on arrival, once checked-in, you will be greeted by the Nurse who will take you to your room, a beautiful and clean en-suite for your every comfort. The Surgeon will also visit to check you are fit and well and ask for final consent before proceeding to theatre. Once sedated with a local or general anaesthetic, the surgeon will perform the rhinoplasty procedure. Following your recovery from anaesthesia, you will be taken back to rest in your en-suite room. Friends or family are welcome to visit too!
Following surgery, you will not be abandoned! You will be invited to come into clinic and see the Surgeon/Nurse regularly, typically at 1, 2, 6 and 12 weeks after surgery if needed. This allows the Nurse or Surgeon to check your recovery and take further photographs to record the changes in your nose and facial profile.
We have a world-class aftercare programme with unlimited cover post surgery. You can come into clinic as many times as you want, and have peace of mind from having 24/7 direct contact with our nurse for any urgent concerns.
We’re here to make sure you have the best possible results and a comfortable recovery.
What is Rhinoplasty as a private surgery?
A Rhinoplasty, also referred to as a “nose job” or nose-reshaping, is a surgical procedure to reshape, resize, correct and balance the nose. It is performed by either a Plastic Surgeon, Facial Cosmetic Surgeon or ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) Surgeon.
There are several variations of Rhinoplasty Surgery. Each person may require different elements of the surgery in order to achieve the desired look. The most common technique is the open rhinoplasty procedure, however, some surgeons may opt for a closed rhinoplasty in order to hide scarring.
A rhinoplasty can adjust the bridge, tip, complete profile, length, width and height of the nose. The surgeon may talk to you about alar base reduction or the use of a cartilage graft in order to get the optimum outcome for you.
A septoplasty may be required if you have a deviated septum. This procedure straightens the nasal septum (i.e. the partition between the two nostrils). A rhinoplasty may be required if the surgeon needs to change the framework of your nose. Many patients may need a septorhinoplasty, which combines both techniques.
The Rhinoplasty is arguably the most complex cosmetic surgery procedure and only a few highly skilled surgeons are able to perform the procedure. In fact, more and more surgeons are no longer offering the procedure due to the complexities involved.
Before proceeding with surgery, you should check how experienced your surgeon is and ensure that he fully understands what it is you are looking to achieve. It is important to fully explain what elements of your nose you are unhappy with, such that the surgeon can assess, evaluate and recommend which techniques and methods are required to meet your expectation.
At Pall Mall Cosmetics, we perform the rhinoplasty procedure weekly and are experts in providing fantastic results to patients to truly meet the desired look. Our Surgeons have decades of experience in performing this procedure – rest assured you are in safe and experienced hands with Pall Mall Cosmetics.
Why to many people choose to have rhinoplasty surgery?
The nose is possibly the most prominent feature of our face. Many people have confidence issues based on the shape, size or positioning of their nose. The nose may not like how you would like it to look based on either inheriting features from parents or having a trauma to the nose area (i.e. a broken nose).
The rhinoplasty/septoplasty /septorhinoplasty procedures can create a more balanced and proportionate nose and may be performed in order to help you restore your confidence and self-esteem.
Why Do I Need To Go Private?
The NHS does not commonly carry out cosmetic nasal surgery unless there is an associated and significant distress or pain. For this reason, many people choose to have the procedure done at a private healthcare clinic such as Pall Mall Cosmetics. There is no waiting list, and you do not need any referral to have a cosmetic operation performed.
We can ensure your safety at our CQC (care quality commission) regulated hospital in Newton-le-Willows and city centre clinics in Manchester or Liverpool. Our surgeons mostly come from the NHS, so you get the same quality of surgery, but in a safe, clean and professional private clinical environment.
Our surgeons also strive for excellence, being members of BAAPS (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) and BAPRAS (British Association of Plastic & Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgeons). A clear demonstration of our ability to meet the gold standard of care you would expect from an elite surgical hospital.
“I’m so thrilled with my Rhinoplasty surgery at Pall Mall Cosmetics, the bump in my nose is gone, its not pointing, my nostrils are perfect, I’m so thrilled to have had it done”.
“There was a friendly, professional atmosphere and every opportunity to ask questions. I am thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Pall Mall Cosmetics to friends or colleagues”.
