Dermal Fillers & Lip Enhancement
A versatile treatment to reduce the signs of ageing and enhance your natural beauty.
Facial fillers are a minimally-invasive treatment to revitalise your face by filling lines and wrinkles to restore volume lost in the skin or to enhance your lips.
Treatments are long-lasting and you will see immediate results that don’t require any social-downtime. Achieve that beautiful, refreshed look you desire for your under eyes, cheeks, chin or lips.
If you’ve been wondering if facial fillers are for you, a consultation with our expert Doctor or Facial Surgeon will answer all your questions. Remember, a consultation is free of charge and not a commitment.

How long will the results last?
The effects of a dermal filler can last anywhere between approximately 6 and 18 months, depending on what product has been used by the practitioner and the patients facial anatomy.
Both the filler brand and the thickness of the product used will impact how long the filler treatment lasts. For example Juvederm Voluma, Juvederm Volift and Juvederm Volbella are a premium range filler designed for longer lasting effects compared to Juvederm Ultra 2, 3 or 4 and Juvederm Ultra Smile used for lip enhancement.
How quickly will I see the results?
You will see immediate results from dermal filler injections. Most treatments require little or no social downtime, meaning you can return straight back to your normal routine. It is important to remember that side-effects can occur, such as some bruising or redness around the injection sites.
What are dermal fillers made from?
Dermal fillers are smooth injectable gels used to restore or add volume to the face or lips. Most of these facial fillers are temporary treatments lasting from 6 – 18 months because they are eventually absorbed by the body.
As each persons facial anatomy is different, some people may need more than one injection to achieve the effect they wish for.
Pall Mall Cosmetics use Juvéderm® – a range of CE marked medical devices with clinical indications. This means they are approved and certified for use in the UK. Juvéderm fillers vary in density (thickness) which determines which area of the face they can be used in.
There are various Juvederm products designed to help achieve the desired result, whether that is to provide lift or contouring, create symmetry, or to enhance a particular feature such as the lips.
Why do people have dermal filler treatments?
Dermal fillers are ideal if you are seeking a non-surgical treatment of any cosmetic concerns for your face or lips. You do not need any time in theatre and there is no recovery time needed.
Filler treatments are completed in medical treatment room in a safe and clean environment at our CQC certified clinics in Manchester, Liverpool or Newton-le-Willows (St Helens) where you can be assured you are in safe hands.
You can change your treatment with fillers as they are a temporary treatment meaning results are not permanent and can be tailored each and every time to your specific concerns.
They also compliment other non-surgical treatments (such as Botulinum Toxin injections) and are often used in conjunction to maximise treatment results to achieve a refreshed, more youthful appearance.
