Mole & Skin Tag Removal
Remove unsightly moles, warts or skin tags with cryotherapy or excision.
Whether a mole, wart or skin tag is affecting your self-confidence, or you’re worried about the type of mole it is, our skin specialists at Pall Mall Cosmetics can safely examine and remove the lesion with cryotherapy or excision using a local anaesthetic and minimal downtime.
Cryotherapy is a safe, affordable and reliable treatment which uses liquid Nitrogen to freeze benign moles or skin lesions so that they drop off without the need of any surgery. We also use excision as a fast, effective way to remove moles and skin lesions.

Reasons to consider mole removal
If a mole on your face has changed recently or has suspicious features, then our skin specialists can examine and diagnose it for you. Facial mole removal is advised if you have noticed a mole that:
- Has increased in size
- Has changed in colour
- Is greater than 7mm in size
- Has an irregular shape
- Has an irregular colour
- Is inflamed / oozing
Moles, skin tags and warts may also be removed for cosmetic reasons if they are in a prominent place such as the face or nose, or if they are in a position where they are prone to bleeding or catching on clothing. Give yourself peace of mind by knowing that you’re under the care of a medical expert.
Why is it important?
Most moles are harmless but can change over time. Any changes to their colour, size or shape could indicate an increased risk of a melanoma or basal cell carcinoma (types of skin cancer).
Moles are extremely common skin growths which can appear anywhere on the body. Checking moles frequently means that have the opportunity to get an expert assesmment to investigate moles quickly and reduce the risk of growth and further changes.
Malignant melanoma is one of the fastest growing types of cancer which is why it’s so important to get moles checked regularly.
When you book your appointment, our care team will discuss your concerns and whom it would be best to see. You will be able to book an assessment, and tell us if you wish for a removal during the same appointment.
If you are particularly worried about a cancerous mole, we also have a Dermatologist who will perform Histopathology on any mole removed and this will be tested in the lab for signs of disease.
